We use Credit Cards (VISA/MASTERCARD) as our primary online payment method. For cardholder protection and PCI-DSS compliance, we DO NOT accept credit card details by email, by Facebook private message or via mail. Any complete credit card or cardholder details received by any other means than via the secure website credit card processing form (sent directly to the processing facility for immediate payment) will be deleted or destroyed upon discovery.
CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION FOR FRAUD PROTECTION
Once orders are received (ie payment is processed), our system will perform multiple additional checks for fraud protection. Your order may be flagged for card payment followup, and you may be requested to send a photo of the face of the card showing the first 4 and last 3 digits only, along with the name. It must be the card used and the name must match the billing name on the order. This is to ensure that YOU are the cardholder of the card used for the order, and that you are in possession of the card used. Failure or unwillingness to supply this information will result in the order being cancelled and refunded after 72hrs. This is necessary to protect both card holders and Hey Milson from fraudulent card transactions. Orders marked for card payment follow-up will not be started until the payment is verified.
OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
As you proceed through the checkout, BSB, account and address details will be available to you. Please note: Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. In some cases (EFT) this can take 1-7 business days for the payment to clear (Generally 3-4 though). Payment by PayPal eCheque can take up 7-10 working days to clear.
